Lucy WhiteMore than twenty-years experience in the non-profit sector have given me the opportunity to work with people and organizations across the country. I help individuals and organizations to clarify their purposes and values in order to achieve long-term success.

Creativity

Creativity has been a life-long pursuit. Honouring individual expression and supporting the unique contributions people make to life is my career path. I work with individuals and teams from all fields to explore creative approaches to stubborn challenges.

Innovation

I thrive on innovation and change — so long as it’s with purpose! My deep curiosity about new thinking in individual, group and organizational development has inspired me to complete the James P. Shannon Leadership Institute (Amherst H. Wilder Foundation) and to hone my skills through training such as Group Facilitation Methods and Meetings That Work (ICA Associates), and the Authentic Facilitation workshop (Anima Leadership).

I have completed two programs with the Authentic Leadership in Action Summer Institutes where I trained in the Change Lab Approach with Adam Kahane and Lenneke Aalbers of Rheos Partners (UK). Previously I studied Scenario Planning with Art Kleiner. Change Lab and Scenario Planning are two tools that influence how I help clients move deeper than traditional strategic planning methodologies to use all our senses and creativity to unearth innovative solutions.

Authenticity

I understand that each individual is unique whether working one-on-one with a client or facilitating a group process.¬†Bringing forward each person’s authentic voice and needs, uncovering their own unique contribution is a vital component of our work to make individuals and teams stronger.

I am a member of Arts Consultants Canada and the International Coach Federation.
